Pamela Dickerson is the Executive Director of The Harbor Leadership Collective.  She has spent over 25 years guiding young people and communities to live out their faith with purpose and authenticity. As a seasoned bridge ministry leader, mentor, and pastor’s wife, she brings wisdom, energy, and practical insight into integrating faith with daily life. Pamela is passionate about helping students discover their God-given calling, navigate a skeptical culture with empathy, and lead others through mentorship that multiplies impact.
